How to activate / deactivate the "Windows" key.

There exist many users who are not used to having the "Windows" key on the keyboard or they easily do not want to use it at all. You can deactivate this key and relating keys in registers. Go to: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlKeyboard Layout" and create binary key "Scancode Map 0,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,03,00,00,00,00,00,5b,e0,00,00,5c,e0, 00,00,00,00". If the "Windows" key does not work and you want to activate it, check if this binary key is in the register and if so, just remove it.
